“Beograd Open 2014” will be held at last weekend of March (29/30.3.) and will consist of sprint and long distances. Also, there’ll be brand new terrains and maps, never before used for orienteering.

Old city “Gardoš” is the oldest part of Belgrade and is situated on the coast of Danube.

Old houses from the XIX and XX centuries, narrow streets, stairs and squares are very suitable for interesting sprint courses.

For long distance stage we’ll need to leave Belgrade and get ready to hit the road inside the country. Beautiful carst area called “Veliko Igrište” is same carst type as middle distance terrain for WOC 2012 in Laussane, Swiss.

But, just before the “Beograd Open” (27/28.3.) we’ll organize a warming-up event called “Babe Cup” and arranged two forest stages on a tricky, demanding but still fast terrain with high quality maps.
